Responsible for taking ownership of the UI and UX aspects of the Virtual Agent bot for both the Web App and Mobile App of the SolarWinds Portal and Service Desk, as well as for designing complete chatbot flows.
Ownership of the UI and UX of the user impersonation feature for SolarWinds Service Desk, including the design of the entire flows.
